How can we help?

What are the benefits of the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan is a flat fee ($3,999 per month billed monthly, or $3,199 per month billed annually) that includes 80 agents. You can add more agents above the 80 included for $49 per month each ($39 per month on annual billing).

No plan limits

The Enterprise plan has no plan limits on:

  • departments
  • email accounts
  • chat buttons
  • contact forms
  • canned messages and predefined answers
  • event rules, time rules and SLA rules
  • custom roles
  • API keys
  • custom ticket filters
  • WhatsApp numbers and Telegram bots
  • AI agents

Also included

  • 10 knowledge bases.
  • All features, including the call center, reporting, SSO, audit log, department roles and branding removal.
  • The MCP server, so you can connect LiveAgent to external AI tools such as Claude.
  • A dedicated account manager, priority support, service review calls and reports, custom billing setup and scheduled release management.

AI features

AI features run on your own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or FlowHunt), and LiveAgent doesn't charge for AI. "Unlimited" means no plan limit. To keep LiveAgent fast and reliable for everyone, technical and rate limits still apply to AI agents, the API and the MCP server to prevent misuse.

When the Enterprise plan pays off

Enterprise is ideal at the breaking point where the Business plan becomes more expensive. At $59 per agent on monthly billing, Business costs more than the Enterprise fee from 68 agents ($3,999), or from 66 agents on annual billing ($49 per agent against $3,199).

The advantage continues beyond 80 agents, because an extra Enterprise agent ($49 monthly, $39 annual) is still cheaper than a Business agent ($59 monthly, $49 annual). For example, with 120 agents on monthly billing you would pay $5,959 per month on Enterprise ($3,999 + 40 × $49) against $7,080 on Business (120 × $59).
