Solution: Yes, as a LiveAgent customer, you can use the AI Answer Assistant feature if you are on one of our current subscription plans (AI features are not available on legacy plans). To enable this feature, you need to integrate your LiveAgent account with our supported AI provider (OpenAI, or our own provider FlowHunt). Once the integration is complete, you can activate the Answer Assistant by navigating to Configuration > AI > Answer Assistant in your LiveAgent account and clicking the "Enable" button.
