No. LiveAgent does not support transferring or migrating time tracking entries, logged work time, or any other report statistics from one agent to another. This applies both to manually submitted time entries and automatically tracked time.
When an agent is deleted, their associated statistics and time tracking data are removed from all reports. There is no built-in option to reassign or move these entries to a different existing agent.
What Happens to an Agent's Data Upon Deletion?
- Tickets – Open tickets can be reassigned to another agent or department during the deletion process.
- Time tracking entries – Logged and tracked work time is removed from reports and cannot be transferred.
- Report statistics – All report data associated with the deleted agent (e.g., agent reports, time reports) is no longer accessible after deletion.
Recovering Statistics for a Deleted Agent
If you need to recover a deleted agent's statistics and reports (for example, for historical review), you can create the agent using the same email address as the deleted agent, all of their previous settings and report data — including statistics — will be restored.
This restores data back to the original agent's profile. It does not allow merging or transferring that data to a different agent account.
Recommendations Before Deleting an Agent
- Export any relevant time reports or statistics before deleting the agent, as this data will no longer be available afterwards.
