No. LiveAgent does not charge for AI. There are no AI fees, no token markup and no per-resolution fees. You only pay your AI provider for what you use.
How AI features are paid for
AI features in LiveAgent run on your own account with an AI provider. You can connect any of the supported AI providers, including FlowHunt, LiveAgent's own AI platform. You pay the AI provider you choose only for the usage your AI features generate, according to that provider's pricing.
FlowHunt is not required. If you choose FlowHunt, see its pricing.
Controlling AI usage
You can use AI budgets in LiveAgent to limit how much AI is used (the number of tool calls). AI budgets are a usage limit, not a price.
