How to Download All Attachments in a Ticket

This article explains the available options for downloading attachments associated with a ticket in LiveAgent.

Overview

When working with tickets that contain file attachments, you have two convenient ways to download all attachments.

Option 1: Download All Attachments from a Single Message

If a specific message within a ticket contains multiple attachments, you can download them all at once directly from that message:

  1. Open the ticket and locate the message containing the attachments.
  2. Find the Download All button displayed next to the attachments within that message.
  3. Click Download All to download all attachments from that message at once.

Option 2: Download Attachments via the Ticket Attachments Plugin

If you want an overview of all attachments across the entire ticket, you can use the Ticket Attachments plugin:

  1. Open the ticket.
  2. Locate the Ticket Attachments plugin panel on the right side of the ticket view.
  3. All attachments associated with the ticket will be listed there.
  4. Download the desired attachments directly from the plugin panel.

Notes

  • The Download All button is available per message and applies only to the attachments within that specific message.
  • The Ticket Attachments plugin provides a consolidated view of all attachments across the entire ticket, making it easier to manage files from multiple messages.
