How to Delete a Contact Photo in LiveAgent

This article explains how to remove or delete a contact photo from a client's contact record in LiveAgent.

Overview

Each contact in LiveAgent can have a profile photo. If you need to remove a contact's photo, you can do so easily through the contact editing interface.

Steps to Delete a Contact Photo

1. Navigate to the Contacts section in LiveAgent.
2. Find and open the contact whose photo you want to delete.
3. Click the Edit button to enter edit mode for that contact.
4. Locate the contact's profile image.
5. Hover your mouse over the image. Two icons will appear:
   • Change - to replace the photo with a different one
   • Delete - to remove the photo entirely
6. Click the Delete icon to remove the photo.
7. Click Save to apply the changes to the contact record.

Result

Once you save the contact, the photo will be permanently removed from that contact's profile. The contact record will remain intact with all other information preserved.
