Yes, LiveAgent supports SSO with Microsoft 365. If you are logged in to your Microsoft 365 account with the same email address as your LiveAgent account, you can log in to LiveAgent with a single button. LiveAgent also supports SSO through Google, Facebook, Okta and Duo.
