No, LiveAgent does not provide the option to make calls using WhatsApp. LiveAgent only allows you to receive and respond to WhatsApp messages directly within LiveAgent.
Calling your customers
If you want to call your customers, you need to use your own phone number that supports SIP trunking. This is done with the Call Center feature. See the pricing page to check which plans include the Call Center feature.
