Customer context: The customer wants to know whether transcription widens access to the content of their calls - for example, whether an agent who cannot see a ticket could still read the transcript of its call.
Customer question: Who can read a call transcript?
Solution: Access to a transcript follows access to its ticket. The transcript is displayed inside the ticket, directly below the recording it belongs to, and it is subject to the very same read permission as that ticket - an agent who cannot open the ticket cannot read the call's transcript. There is no separate transcript permission to grant and no place outside the ticket where transcripts are listed, so enabling transcription does not extend the content of your calls to anyone new: exactly those agents who can already listen to a call's recording are the ones who can read its transcript.
