To activate the Instagram integration, go to Configuration > System > Plugins in your LiveAgent account and search for Instagram. If the Instagram plugin is not visible, it may not be available for your current plan. See the pricing page for the plans that include it.
Connecting an Instagram page
For a detailed guide, see Instagram integration for cloud-hosted accounts. Your Instagram page must be connected to a Facebook page; separate Instagram pages cannot be connected.
