Solution: If you have contacted LiveAgent support and want to access the history of all your tickets, including chats, you can do so via the support portal available at https://support.liveagent.com/. To view your tickets: 1. Log in or sign up at https://support.liveagent.com/login. 2. Navigate to the "My tickets" section at https://support.liveagent.com/my_tickets. 3. Here, you can view all your tickets (including chats), their statuses, attributed public tags, and reply to them directly from the portal.
