How to Access Chat Transcripts in LiveAgent

Customer context: The customer asked if a transcript of their chat conversation could be sent to their email address.

Customer question: Can you send me a transcript of this chat to my email?

Solution: At this time, LiveAgent does not automatically send chat transcripts via email by default. For live chats with our agents, you will see a "Send me a transcript" button after the chat ends, which allows you to request the transcript to your email. However, for chatbot conversations, this option is currently unavailable.

If you wish to access and review your chat (or email) conversations at any time, you can do so by registering in our Customer Portal. Once logged in, navigate to the "My tickets" section (https://support.liveagent.com/my_tickets) to view all your chats and support tickets.
