To remove the LiveAgent branding watermark from your widgets, you need the branding removal feature. It is not included in every plan. See the pricing page to check which plans include it.
Where the branding is removed
With branding removal, the LiveAgent branding is removed from all LiveAgent widgets, including:
- Knowledge base and customer portal
- Live chat windows and buttons
- Call windows and buttons
- Contact forms
- Feedback forms
- Email templates (these are fully editable)
