How to show only assigned tickets to agents?

Customer context: The customer wants to hide all tickets from agents by default and show only tickets assigned to them in LiveAgent, with admins managing the assignments

Customer question: How to show only tickets assigned to agents?

Solution: Agents can see only tickets that are assigned to them and that belong to the departments to which they are assigned. Therefore, if agents are not assigned to any department, they will be able to see and work only on tickets assigned to them by admins (who can see all tickets regardless of department assignment). As a result, the filters will display only tickets assigned to the given agent.

Alternatively, you can create a separate department for each agent, depending on your workflow.
