This means that when customers reply, the whole ticket history is typically included in the quoted text. As a result, duplicating the entire conversation from LiveAgent is usually unnecessary. If you still need to forward all messages, you will have to forward them individually, as LiveAgent does not offer a feature to forward the whole ticket with all its messages at once.
