Customer: Why do I see a disconnect/session expired message in my LiveAgent?
Answer: LiveAgent doesn't have a built-in session timeout, but browsers do. It's called "tab freeze" and happens if you don't interact with the LiveAgent tab for a while or if your browser temporarily loses its internet connection. To prevent this issue, you can use a third-party browser extension, such as "The Great Suspender," and whitelist your LiveAgent account URL to keep it from being suspended.
